WP1 User needs, Use Cases, System Requirements & Legal Aspects will be the starting point for the SARMENTI project. Within WP1 the consortium will use best practices to specify system requirements. The WP will take a user centred view of the SARMENTI solution by defining a number of use-case and scenarios based on partners' experience, strong connections with best practice and through stakeholder engagement. Being user-centred, WP1 will place an emphasis on the smart multisensor embedded system conditions-of-use (temperature, humidity, dust, animals), easy deployment for targeted users, easy maintenance and acceptable cost. Legal aspects are addressed and analysed to ensure a smart integrated system development consistent with current and upcoming regulations.
