WP5 Gateway and Back-End Server Implementation, Advanced Analytics & Decision Support will help "close the loop" through the cloud by providing advices to the end-user: Data acquired by the SDL (WP3) from the Air & Soil Probes will be sent to a Back-End Server (BES) where data analytics will compute information taking into account other sources such as weather conditions, previous/historical results, crop specificity and provide feedback to farmer. The model developped will be fine tuned with data from the calibration and validation phases of WP6.
